At Meldone Estates, our mission is to provide professional and reliable property consultation services to help you sell your property. We are committed to ensuring that you receive the best possible experience and achieve your property goals.
Our Story
I started in the Industry 20 years ago with the sole purpose of improving customer service. I was 30 at the time. and I had just sold a property through a high street estate agent, but I did not enjoy the process. I showed viewers around my home, I negotiated at the appointment, and I only heard from my agent two times before exchange. I felt exposed, with limited support and communication was not what I expected.
I started my own business because I am passionate about the customer service and personal relationships that I feel the industry does not provide. I want to become the go to property person for my clients regardless of whether they are looking to move, essentially to build a relationship and be of service, to add value to individuals and the local community.
You will only ever deal with one single person and have a dedicated resource made available to you, when you call. you will only be put through to an experienced property consultant, it is my business and I want to build relationships based upon trust.
The whole premise of my business is to build upon trust and integrity and a service unique to every client, I will only succeed and grow if I deliver.

Gravesham licensed Victuallers association was formed in 1880. It's first meeting was on the 13th February. It has worked tirelessly for over 135 years to help, assist and protect licencees and personal license holders. It has close ties with the Guild of Master Victuallers who act on licencees behalf in matters of law and in the Houses of Parliament. We also arrange social events inviting guests, friends and other LVAs. Any one can join us on Facebook, and support our events. Personal licence holders are welcome to attend meetings and join our association
Thurrock Hammers
The Thurrock Hammers overarching mission is to return speedway racing to the borough of Thurrock. This objective requires serious and meaningful engagement with the relevant national statutes & frameworks and with Thurrock Council’s planning policies & processes.
